Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of test engineering experience with hands-on test stands.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and sensor instrumentation.
• Ability to present results to regulatory audiences and write clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test stands to evaluate hardware performance and compliance.
• Run tests, monitor live data, and adjust parameters to capture meaningful results.
• Integrate test data with SCADA and historian systems and ensure data quality.
• Analyze results and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.
