Job summary

Beta Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer to design and execute test campaigns for aircraft systems and subsystems. You will work with aircraft design teams to capture operating conditions, develop formal test procedures, and build instrumentation and data acquisition solutions to enable thorough, repeatable testing.

The role focuses on creating test setups, test stands, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

The Test Engineer will create test setups to verify aircraft systems, subsystems, or structures by working closely with the aircraft design teams to capture the nuances of operating conditions. The selected candidate will have to develop formal test procedures, instrumentation plans, test stand/fixture designs, data acquisition architectures, and any other necessary tools to allow for thorough and repeatable testing. It will be under the selected candidate responsibility to ensure and confirm data collected during the tests are accurate and complete.
