Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in test engineering or QA

• Experience developing and executing repeatable test procedures and scripts, and documenting results
• Comfortable collaborating with software developers to identify and resolve defects
• Proven experience with Agile software development and QA methodologies

Responsibilities

Your hard work will be rewarded, and we always strive to take care of our team. **What You'll Get to Do:**• Be a part of a dynamic, close-knit team of mid- to senior-level professionals• Design, develop, and implement custom software and database application capabilities for legacy and modernized systems with limited oversight • Act as a member of a product team supporting teammates and collaborating with a “do what it takes” attitude to ensure product and team success • Provide improvements to the product(s) being supported • Actively participate in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives. • Support release planning with conceptual design and development / refinement of software engineering guidelines • Analyze complex project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components • Present ideas for system improvements. • Work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements.**Qualifications:** **Required:**• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 5+ years of related experience • Possess strong testing skills and experience with web applications, supporting functional, accessibility and regression testing requirements. • Experience with web application testing in a production environment. • Ability to work with standard software testing best practices, writing and updating testing documentation. • Documented experience of software testing tools and processes. • Experience developing repeatable test procedures, executing test scripts, and documenting results. • Must be comfortable working with software developers to identify and resolve defects. • Proven work experience in Agile software development and quality assurance • Strong existing knowledge of software QA methodologies for standard web applications, tools and processes and ability to learn new software and technologies as necessary • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience with automated testing.
