• Knowledge and experience in Process Integration, Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, Diffusion, CMP, Implant, E-Test.

Responsibilities

• Analyze optical characterization, electrical test and yield data, write test procedures and documentation.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to solve wafer fabrication problems.
• Lead or participate in efforts to manage process crises and document corrective actions.
