This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination. The successful candidate will work alongside software engineers, product managers, systems engineers, and mission experts within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team, driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle in a DevSecOps environment.
The Test Engineer will lead the planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies across multiple Agile sprints, designing and maintaining both automated and manual test cases for new and existing capabilities. The role involves performing functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing while validating application performance, reliability, security, and usability. The engineer will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, systems engineers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality is built into every release, identify and track software defects through resolution, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyze test results, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
