ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is hiring a QA Lead to supervise a QA team and promote QA best practices across the software lifecycle. You will establish standards for functional and non-functional testing, audits, and metrics, partnering with developers and product managers to implement automated validation in a microservice-based web environment.
The role requires 4+ years of automation with Java, familiarity with CI/CD, and a U.S. government background check.
Responsible for the supervision of a quality assurance (QA) team and the identification, documentation and promotion of QA best practices. Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance. Specifies functional and non-functional software testing requirements. Organizes and conducts audits to include program and CMMI PQA audits. Prepares test metrics and Interim Project Reviews (IPRs). Provides oversight to the Quality Assurance Team, prioritizing testing-support related activities, and monitoring all test team objectives.
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
