Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing test processes for electronic assemblies using automated testers (AOI/AXI/ICT).
• Alternative: 2 additional years experience or master's/PhD with 6/3 years respectively in electronics engineering.
• Experience conducting failure analysis on electronics circuits (analog, RF, high power).
• Experience developing troubleshooting tools and guides; working with PCIe on Linux.

( Florence, Kentucky ). Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, tester hardware, and software in a server manufacturing environment. Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues during testing and integration processes. Develop and maintain scripts to automate testing, collect and analyze data, and evaluate system performance for computing servers. Coach test engineering technician staff to deliver high-quality results. Train and mentor engineers, technicians, and support staff on testing processes and procedures. Act as a technical liaison for assigned customers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
