CNH Industrial invites energetic students to join our internship program in Baltic, South Dakota. You will perform manual software testing on agricultural machines, develop test plans, run test cases, and help improve product quality through defect reporting and data-driven recommendations.

The role is fully on-site and designed for current college students enrolled in an engineering or technical degree. Summer interns work 40 hours per week from May through August.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• Preferred majors: Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Precision Agriculture, Ag Systems Technology.

• Evaluate test requirements based on specifications, standard procedures, and internal/external requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans.
• Perform test cases and exploratory testing.
• Support defect resolution through reporting, diagnosing, and testing of the proposed solution.
• Compile and write test reports.
• Evaluate test data and provide recommendations based on findings. Lead or contribute input for improvements.

Job Purpose

Perform manual software testing of company products on agricultural machines using various methods to improve quality of company's products.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $19.57 - $35.02 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
