This role focuses on validating product lines and verifying new designs, collaborating with design, testing, marketing, manufacturing, and procurement to deliver high-quality lift trucks.

You will perform hands-on testing, document results, and lead technicians, ensuring testing stays

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive or industrial equipment systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
• Hands-on testing in shop or lab environments.
• Proficiency with data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on forklift system testing across concepts and production-intent stages.
• Instrument and evaluate batteries on and off vehicles.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems; collaborate with design and suppliers.
• Maintain test records and publish findings.
• Coordinate daily priorities and guide technicians to meet schedules.
