Job summary

Agiliti in Milwaukee Design Center, located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, is seeking a Test Engineer II to lead test and certification activities across multiple complex medical device projects.

You will develop and execute test strategies and fixtures, troubleshoot electromechanical systems, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC, UL, CISPR, FDA and other standards while collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Regulatory teams to drive production readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience designing or testing products in medical, consumer, automotive, or aerospace industries.
• Experience in designing and running test programs for complex electromechanical devices.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, PCBA manufacturing, and power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead test and certification activities across multiple complex projects.
• Develop and execute test strategies, fixtures, and verification plans.
• Troubleshoot and validate electromechanical systems using digital tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and certification standards (ISO, IEC, FDA, UL).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve development challenges.
• Support prototype testing, production readiness, and root cause analysis.
