Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc in Milwaukee Design Center, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead multiple complex, cross-functional medical device projects from kickoff to deployment.

You will drive design under regulatory standards (FDA, ISO), develop 3D CAD models (Inventor/SolidWorks), perform FEA, and coordinate with Quality/Regulatory teams to ensure cost, schedule and performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, 10+ years in medical/related industries preferred.
• Experience leading collaborative teams through complex projects.
• Familiarity with mass production processes and regulatory standards (FDA ISO etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead on multiple complex, integrated projects across design, testing and manufacturing.
• Ensure systems integration and alignment with architecture roadmaps.
• Develop and drive an innovative design process meeting quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Create electro-mechanical designs in 3D CAD; support verification and certification efforts.
