You will develop actionable test requirement verification, validation, and reporting plans.

Design Qualification Testing – Test Engineers are involved in all aspects of qualification test program design, fabrication, implementation, and validation. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on electrical, mechanical, and software skills to design, develop, integrate, and verify test systems used to evaluate products in power-system electromagnetic interference (EMI), mechanical, vibration, and shock test environments. Experience in the following test-related areas is preferred: mechanical test fixture design, electrical test-equipment selection, Linux-based test integration software implementation and debugging, and certification testing and documentation. Test Engineers will be responsible for the selection of qualified test laboratories and may support on-site test activities as required.

Support Customer Production Testing - Test engineers are involved in all aspects of the production factory acceptance test program design, fabrication, implementation, and validation processes. The test engineer will work with our factory manufacturing, test and quality engineers to design and deploy a validated product test acceptance plan, procedure, and automated test execution and reporting software. The ideal candidate will have experience with complex products in a low-volume quality-controlled production facility.

Cross Functional Collaboration and Customer Engagement - Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders to establish approved test plans, procedures, reports, schedules, and budgets for test projects. Contribute to program goals by driving completion of test program planning, procedure development, qualification testing, and reporting. Effectively work with project team members and customer stakeholders to develop root-cause corrective actions for failures and out-of-tolerance events that occur during product testing. Support and participate in meetings to present test plans, test readiness reviews, test results, test failures, and verified corrective actions.
