Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of Test, Validation, or similar engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles involving high‑voltage and high‑current systems.
• Experience with testing standards such as EIA-364, DO-160, EN2591 is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical component testing.
• Conduct verification and qualification testing, including insulation resistance, dielectric strength, partial discharge, and end‑of‑life/degradation testing.
• Develop, update, and maintain test procedures.
• Analyze test data and identify performance or failure trends.
• Prepare clear technical reports, engineering memos, and test documentation.
• Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving efforts.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of testing activities and results.
