Job summary

AT Process Technologies (ATP) is building autonomous skidded production systems for energetic materials in Massachusetts. As our Test Engineer, you will translate reaction chemistry into test protocols, validate reactors and modules, and bridge bench-scale data to full-scale process performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hazardous-chemistry hardware, owns test execution end-to-end, and works closely with chemists to ensure safety, reliability, and yield across development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in test engineering with chemistry hands-on work.
• Experience owning test execution from protocol to data reporting.
• Knowledge of reaction chemistry and process envelopes.

Responsibilities

• Own test planning and execution for reactors and modules.
• Translate chemistry requirements into test protocols.
• Validate performance, yield, and safety margins.
• Document procedures and results for audits.
