Job summary

SI-REL Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer with 2+ years of electronics testing experience to design test procedures, develop hardware and automated scripts, and perform component- and board-level testing for aerospace-related electronics.

You will gain exposure to radiation testing concepts while receiving full training and mentorship. The role involves hands-on lab work, collaboration with a small team, and a strong emphasis on data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of practical electronics testing, hardware verification, or test automation.

Responsibilities

• Test plan creation with detailed procedures and checklists.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to control lab instruments and log data.
• Set up and operate standard lab test equipment for component- and board-level testing.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and verify specifications.
• Collaborate with team to build test setups and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Learn radiation testing standards and help prepare for external test campaigns.
