Qualifications

• Knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes.
• Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Clearance, if required.

Responsibilities

• Develops functional test software platforms from specifications.
• Coordinates test platforms built by either in-house or outside vendors.
• Assists in setting up test area for on time startup of new programs.
• Meets with customers and all levels of management on technical issues.
• Writes reports, test procedures, proposal inputs and technical papers.
• Coaches and mentors Test Technicians on new test equipment and advanced troubleshooting methods.
• Participates in continuous improvement projects to improve test yields and reduce cost.
• Attends classes and seminars to keep up to date on test equipment as needed.
