Job summary

Responsibilities include creating test plans, building fixtures, and analyzing data to drive improvements in reliability and test coverage. Strong hands-on skills and documentation discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience testing electromechanical, robotic, camera, sensor, or embedded hardware systems in R&D, validation, or production.
• Ability to translate product requirements into test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, current probes, power supplies, and data acquisition tools.
• Experience with PCBAs, cable harnesses, motors, actuators, sensors, cameras, and embedded compute.
• Ability to read PCB schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute test plans and acceptance criteria for complex hardware systems.
• Build and maintain test fixtures, harnesses, and test stations for validation and production.
• Create automated or semi-automated tests and data workflows to improve throughput.
• Analyze results, identify trends and root causes, and drive corrective actions with teams.
• Validate camera and sensor performance including alignment, timing, and image quality.
• Support bring-up, debugging, and validation of new PCBAs and prototypes.
