Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics).
• 3–5+ years in testing electro-mechanical products with functional/environmental/reliability tests.
• Experience with lab instrumentation and DVP&R through test definition and documentation.
• Experience with structured root cause investigations (FMEA, RCCA, 5-Why).
• Familiarity with regulated environments (UL/CE/CSA/NSF) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of Design Verification Plans & Reports for assigned projects.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and setups for validation.
• Perform hands-on testing with lab instrumentation.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data with traceability.
• Support external validation and coordinate with teams and QA partners.
