C5I Integration & Test Engineers utilize their operational, maintenance, and subject matter expertise to support the design, development, and testing of Non-Propulsion Electronic Systems (NPES) for new-construction U.S. Navy nuclear submarines. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and advanced engineering practices, these roles provide critical expertise across the VIRGINIA and COLUMBIA submarine programs.
Opportunities within C5I Test and Engineering span the entire system lifecycle from initial concept and design through development, hardware/software integration, system testing, and final delivery aboard the submarine. Beyond new construction, engineers also contribute to sustaining the operational fleet through the analysis and resolution of in-service issues, evaluation of obsolescence concerns, and execution of NPES modernization initiatives to maintain the Navys technological edge.
