Test is a crucial time in an IC development process; if you find a bug or an issue, it is a good time to fix it, but every additional second of testing we do, is additional cost when you scale a device into production. We are looking for a Test Engineer to develop, validate, and support production test solutions for battery charger ICs, with the responsibility for defining critical test coverage, balancing test time and cost, and ensuring robust product quality at scale. In this role, you will build and debug automated test programs on ATE platforms, design and review test hardware, and perform hands‑on lab debugging and correlation. You will work closely with cross functional teams to support silicon bring-up, troubleshoot device and test issues, improve yield, and enable a smooth transition into high‑volume manufacturing.
