Job summary
Cymertek is seeking a dedicated Test Engineer focused on automated testing to join our team in Honolulu, HI. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated and manual test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
You will work with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on experience with Selenium/Java or
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Experience designing, developing and executing automated test plans and cases.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and CI/CD workflows, and source control systems.

- Design and develop automated test scripts

- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
- Understanding of software testing methodologies
- Ability to design and implement automated tests for various platforms
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman)
- Familiarity with cloud testing frameworks
- Expertise in test-driven development (TDD)
- Proficiency in database testing and validation
- Experience with mobile application testing automation
