Job summary

Texas Instruments in Dallas seeks a Test Lead to own and drive the test strategy for Programmable Logic Cores, collaborating with design, manufacturing and IT partners to enable scalable production.

You will design ATE hardware boards, generate test plans, correlate results with simulations, and ensure robust, cost-effective solutions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience defining test strategies for IC families.
• Ability to design and optimize test flows with DFT.
• Strong debugging skills for silicon test issues.

Responsibilities

• Efficient test strategy definition for product families with heavy re-usability.
• Work closely with design and systems teams to understand device specs and testability.
• Early engagement with design to define the DFT strategy for best Test Cost.
• Design ATE hardware boards for package and probe test solutions.
• Generate test plans and execute them to create qual, char and production test programs on ATE platforms.
• Correlate ATE results with bench validation and design simulations.
• Analyze silicon results, debug silicon and test issues.
• Coordinate with remote production teams to release test solutions to volume production.
• Drive robust and cost-efficient test solutions while ensuring product quality.
• Timely communication of status and reporting of bugs identified during test.

Own & drive the Test Strategy and execution for Programmable Logic Cores as a Test Lead which will unlock opportunities for innovation in Test and also in creation of new Manufacturing & Production processes by collaborating with our Manufacturing & IT partners to cater to the production needs of this emerging & dynamic market.

Responsibilities include:
