Job summary

Design ATE hardware boards, generate test plans, and build qual, char, and production tests on ATE platforms. You will analyze results, debug issues, and coordinate with remote production teams to release robust test solutions.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand device specs and product testability to inform validation.
• Experience defining DFT strategy with design teams to optimize test cost.

• Define efficient test strategy for product families with reusable test methods.
• Collaborate with design and systems teams to understand device specifications and testability.
• Engage early with design to define the DFT strategy for best test cost.
• Design ATE hardware boards for package and probe test solutions.
• Create test plans and run them to build qual, characterisation and production tests on ATE platforms.
• Correlate ATE results with bench validation and simulations.
• Analyze silicon results, debug issues, and drive robust test solutions for production.
• Coordinate with remote production teams to release test solutions to volume production.
