Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Test Engineer to support electronics manufacturing operations by developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing test processes. This role will serve as a technical resource for customer test requirements, test troubleshooting, and test process development throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background and hands-on experience with manufacturing test environments, including flying probe and functional testing. This person will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure products are tested effectively, efficiently, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand and transfer product test requirements into manufacturing
• Review customer test specifications and develop appropriate test strategies
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing test processes
• Program and support flying probe test systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required
• Experience as a Test Engineer within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of electronic testing methodologies and manufacturing processes
• Experience with flying probe testing required
• Experience with functional test development and troubleshooting required
• Experience programming flying probe equipment preferred
• Experience with ICT (In-Circuit Test) is a plus
• Ability to interpret customer test requirements and translate them into manufacturing solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Electrical Engineer with hands-on manufacturing test experience
• Experience working in an EMS, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working directly with customers and production teams
