Job summary

Donatech Corporation in the United States seeks a Test Engineer with an active SECRET clearance to support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense program. You will apply system integration and flight-test experience to design, execute, and document verification activities across developmental and operational flight tests.

You will develop and execute advanced test plans, procedures and schedules, coordinate with programs, analyze results, and produce comprehensive evaluation reports that verify performance

Qualifications

• Requires active SECRET clearance with strong system integration and test experience.
• At least 10 years designing, integrating, testing and verifying electrical designs for flight-testing contexts.
• At least 6 years developing test plans, procedures, execution schedules and test reports for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document and maintain solutions for integration and testing of components and subsystems.
• Synthesize customer needs into test solutions considering technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establish specifications, solve interface problems and ensure full system integration.
• Review requirements for testability and direct preparation and execution of tests for complete systems.
• Coordinate subsystem and system testing with programs and other organizations.
• Analyze test results and prepare evaluation reports validating system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing to verify fixes.

Job description

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE. Support a Fortune 500 Aero-Defense Company as a Test Engineer.

Looking for System Integration and Test Experience on Munitions.

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience with design, integration, test, and verify/validate requirements of electrical designs with a focus on Flight Testing, Operational Flight Test, Development Test, Operational Test (DT/OT)
• Candidate must have at least 6 years' experience of developing advanced test plans, test procedures, test execution schedules, and test reports to support customer and key stakeholder reviews.

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.

Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.

Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.

Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.

Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.

Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.

Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
