Job summary

MLT Systems seeks a mid-level Program Analyst to support DoD acquisition programs. The role involves planning and coordinating engineering work, generating acquisition documentation, and providing technical input to program decisions.

The candidate will analyze T&E artifacts, support test events, and collaborate with government and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

Qualifications

  • Analyze, develop, review and deliver Test & Evaluation documentation per Marine Corps Handbook and program T&E policies.
  • Coordinate with Government and non-Government test agencies to schedule facilities, materials and personnel for test events.
  • Provide input to supporting documentation such as Test Incident Reports and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
  • Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, IPTs, Technical Reviews and Briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • BS Degree in engineering field with 3-6 years of related experience (or equivalent substitution).

Job description

At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of our customer, we are seeking a mid-level Program Analysts, with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.

General Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the engineering or scientific work in a project or perform work that involves conventional engineering or scientific practices
  • Generate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentation
  • Support technical findings, opinions, or recommendations
  • Perform customer liaison, make presentations, and attend customer meetings
  • Consult with stakeholders on technical applications to support program management decisions
Specific Requirements
  • Perform the administrative and technical support required to analyze, develop, review, update, and deliver Test & Evaluation (T&E) documentation (i.e., Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test annexes, test reports, test strategies, test plans, and test procedures) in accordance with the Marine Corps T&E Handbook and program T&E policies and standard operating procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive planning and coordination with Government and non-Government test agencies to schedule facilities, materials, and personnel to successfully execute test events, to include the preparation, execution, and closure of Test Readiness Reviews
  • Provide continuous support throughout test events, to include observing tests; analyzing T&E artifacts; developing and providing input to supporting documentation (i.e., Test Incident Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrices); and hosting Technical Review Boards
  • Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders
Education/Experience
  • BS Degree in engineering field, with 3-6 years of related progressive professional work experience
  • Years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree on a case-by-case basis.
