Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Test Engineer to support a federal customer. The role focuses on ensuring quality and reliability of complex systems by bridging business requirements and technical solutions, with experience supporting enterprise applications.

The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to support releases, validate solution designs, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes across the full lifecycle—from planning through production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Information Systems, or similar).
• 2-4 years of experience in data or system testing within complex, enterprise environments.
• Experience querying and validating large, complex data sets; working knowledge of SQL preferred.
• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar cloud data tools) preferred.
• Agile experience required; SAFe or scaled Agile frameworks preferred.
• Exposure to scripting or data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus but not required.
• Ability to obtain a FNS MBI Clearance is required.

• Perform end-to-end testing and manage defects, including test logging, validation, and results tracking

• Validate data and integration outputs, including API testing across environments
• Partner with client SMEs to triage, reproduce, and resolve defects, including production support as needed

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The salary range for this position is$65,000 - $80,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
