• 5+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.
• Ability to plan, organize and carry out technical activities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, templates, and test flows for electrical, mechanical, software, and systems with minimal guidance of senior test engineer independent of degree type.
• Be the test point contact for multiple projects. Become subject matter expert in multiple areas.
• Resolve complex issues in the test lab.
• Mentor new employees.
• Have project management responsibilities for small projects or subsets of large projects.
• Review test plans and provide input on effective ways to perform test.
• Keep manager informed of progress, changes, priorities, and project cost/schedule status.
• Provide support and leadership for engineering development teams.
• Work with cross-functional groups representing the test department.

In this role, you’ll participate in completing testing and analysis on our full portfolio of forklifts, warehouse management systems, energy, and automated solutions while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $94,000 - $152,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
