• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer).
• 5–7 years of experience in a related field, or a Master’s degree.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute technical activities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and templates for electrical, mechanical, software, and system components.
• Serve as the test lead/contact for projects, quickly grasping and applying new concepts in dynamic environments.
• Manage small projects or project subsets, including scheduling, cost, and progress updates.
• Perform integration and regression testing of software and systems.
• Document and submit test results with accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supporting development and new product initiatives.
• Apply traditional and creative engineering approaches to tackle complex system challenges.
