Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Test Engineerto support production testing, electronic hardware testing, troubleshooting, and test engineering activities in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with customers and production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain testing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production testing, electronic hardware testing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Identify test failures, analyze issues, and support root cause analysis (RCA).
• Provide hands-on technical support to production teams to resolve testing and manufacturing issues.
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and test documentation.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding test results, technical issues, and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test processes, product quality, and production efficiency.
• Ensure testing activities follow established procedures and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
• Strong experience in production testing, electronic hardware testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in an electronics or electrical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Milpitas, CA.
