Job summary

OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Test Engineer 3. This onsite role focuses on validating preproduction SSDs and leading test strategy.

The ideal candidate will design and execute automated and manual tests, drive validation quality, and collaborate across firmware and hardware teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with automated testing, test automation, and AI tools will be helpful as such tools are mandatory in the role.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases.
• Define and execute automation strategies supporting internal test frameworks.
• Continuously improve validation processes and methodologies.
• Partner with CVE and product design teams to align test coverage with firmware and hardware architecture.
• Support shift left initiatives to detect issues earlier in the development cycle.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance test plans, coverage, and execution to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement enhanced validation methodologies and tools.
• Prepare SSD and server samples for validation.
• Execute validation plans and monitor test efficiency.
• Analyze results, including Pareto and trend analysis.
• Produce clear, concise validation reports and maintain document revision history.

TestEngineer 3 (onsite Role)

MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:

• This role is responsible for validating preproduction SSDs using productoin servers and/or Ecosystem partner switch, HBA,RAID adapter, and retimer products. The position emphasizes technicalownership, test strategy development, and cross functional collaboration toimprove validation quality and efficiency. Experience with industry AI toolswill be helpful as use of these tools is mandatory in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance test plans, coverage, andexecution to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Recommend and implement enhanced validationmethodologies and tools.

Requirements & Strategy

• Maintain expertise in product functionality andrelevant industry certifications.
• Define validation strategies aligned withproject scope and delivery timelines.
• Identify appropriate test equipment andresources.
