Job summary

Grove Technical Resources in Lafayette, Colorado is seeking a Test Engineer I to join our team onsite. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment for standard and special devices, with a strong emphasis on regulatory standards and quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (AAMI, ISO, FDA, EN) or experience in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of software design, development, debugging, and testing.
• Experience with AI tools to improve testing and engineering efficiency, such as writing/debugging test scripts, analyzing code/requirement changes, and improving documentation/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Plan and execute testing activities for standard and special devices.
• Define test parameters and testing procedures.
• Perform testing on customer samples and special test requirements.
• Collect and analyze test data.
• Identify improvements needed in testing equipment, procedures, or manufacturing processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support testing and engineering activities.

Location: Lafayette, CO – Onsite

Start Date: September 28, 2026

End Date: April 30, 2027

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Key Skills Required

• Knowledge of AAMI, ISO, FDA, and EN standards, or experience working in a regulated environment
• Working knowledge of software design, development, debugging, and testing
• Experience with AI tools to improve testing and engineering efficiency, such as:
