Job description

This remote Test Engineer role at NAI Global suits the engineer who reads the changelog before upgrading and the docs before asking. Here $72,000 - $104,000 buys not just your time but a stake in the technology work, the kind NAI Global trusts mid-level people to steer.

Key Responsibilities

• Resurrect flaky Collaboration tests until the Chandler, AZ suite is trustworthy again
• Track and report on key performance metrics for technology services
• Stitch Jest events into the Appium pipeline feeding NAI Global's technology reports
• Catch the Test Planning race conditions that only surface under Chandler peak traffic
• Own the service-minded edge cases in NAI Global's Collaboration billing nobody else wants to touch
• Replace the brittle Smoke Testing hack with an Appium solution that survives Chandler scale
• Set the Written Communication coding standards the rest of NAI Global engineering follows
• Backfill Robot Framework test coverage on the riskiest corners of NAI Global's codebase

What You'll Bring

• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
• Familiarity with the Chandler market and local technology landscape
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• 5+ years that left you with strong instincts and few *illusions*
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself

At its core, NAI Global is an experiment-friendly bet that Chandler, AZ can out-build anyone when it comes to Jest. We move fast on Collaboration but slow down whenever someone says they feel rushed past good judgment.

This Chandler, AZ role comes with $72,000 - $104,000, hybrid work, paid learning days, and a mentor focused on your Smoke Testing growth.
