Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Cary, North Carolina, seeks a skilled Tester to join its team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong SQL and ETL expertise, with hands-on experience in API testing and Java/Python automation. You will work in an agile environment, translating requirements into test cases and preparing test metrics. Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with basic UNIX commands is also required.

Job Description

• Ability to understand requirements, translate into Test cases (Data Testing). Strong SQL knowledge (exposure to ETL / Data testing) is a must.
• Execute test cases and triage defects
• Should have hands on exposure to perform API testing
• Basic UNIX commands is must.
• Ability to work in agile environment, ability to interface with customer stakeholders.
• Hands on experience in python test automation is an added advantage to enhance and create new regression suite.
• Ability to work in agile environment and interface with customers.
• Should be able to prepare and articulate status reports / Test Metrics.
• Work in Agile environment and have exposure to JIRA.
