Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Test Director to support DE and Kinetic test and evaluation programs for DoD customers. The role requires coordinating with engineers, scientists, and technicians to plan, execute, and analyze tests, including those involving directed energy systems and unmanned systems.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of 4 years in test & evaluation, systems testing, or related DoD/defense programs.
• Experience coordinating with DoD program offices, ranges, and safety teams.
• Experience developing Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and coordinating test events.
• Strong written and verbal communication in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, organization, and execution of DE and Kinetic T&E programs for DoD customers.
• Coordinate with ranges, safety teams, and stakeholders to plan tests and ensure safe execution.
• Develop and execute test program plans, objectives, and verification methods.
• Support development and upgrade of test instrumentation and data collection.
• Contribute to post-test analysis, TRRs, and test documentation.
