Job summary

BASIS Baton Rouge Primary Mid City Campus is seeking a Test Coordinator Assistant to join our team ASAP. You will support faculty and staff in managing student schedules, substitutes, and assessment administration on-site at the Baton Rouge campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years teaching/administrative experience.
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excel proficiency is a MUST.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain student schedules.
• Manage records of teacher substitutions and activities (e.g. field trips, term projects).
• Coordinate BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes.
• Coordinate assessment administration of external exams.
