Job summary

BASIS Baton Rouge Primary Mid City Campus is seeking a Test Coordinator Assistant to join our team ASAP. You will provide support to the school's faculty and staff, mainly in student scheduling, substitutes management, and assessment administration, to meet BASIS Ed's mission.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of teaching/administrative experience, plus strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain student schedules.

BASIS Baton Rouge Primary Mid City Campus is seeking a Test Coordinator Assistant to join our team ASAP!

The Test Coordinator Assistant provides support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of BASIS Ed Schools. In this role, the Test Coordinator Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with all systems related to student schedules, teacher substitutes and assessment administration.

Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years teaching or administrative experience
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with children.
• Skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a MUST.
