The Test Coordinator Assistant provides support services to the school's faculty and staff to help meet the mission of BASIS Ed Schools. In this role, the assistant primarily supports student schedules, teacher substitutions, and assessment administration.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining student schedules
• Managing records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g., field trips, term projects)
• Coordinating BASIS Ed curriculum and assessment processes
• Coordinating assessment administration of external exams

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years of teaching or administrative experience
• Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (MUST)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, personal responsibility, and optimism to thrive in a fast‑paced, achievement‑oriented learning environment
