Job summary

Tharp Consulting seeks a Principal Test & Certification Engineer to lead qualification of advanced aircraft seating systems in Fort Worth, TX. You will define and execute structural, environmental, dynamic, and endurance test programs and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM requirements.

You will collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams, interface with certification authorities, analyze test data, document qualification submittals, and mentor engineers to improve test

• Working knowledge of FAA/EASA and OEM compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret test results, troubleshoot, and make data-driven recommendations.
