Job summary

PSI Services in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Test Center Administrator to ensure exam integrity and support test takers in a busy center.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer-facing experience, and familiarity with exam procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and physical ability to stand/walk during shifts are preferred. The schedule includes weekdays and some Saturdays with benefits eligibility starting the first of the month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with exam environments or invigilation is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for part of the shift.
• Strong commitment to exam security and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be the guardian of exam security, conducting checks to maintain a trustworthy testing environment.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for test takers and ensure their comfort and confidence.
• Setup workstations and equipment to prepare testing spaces.
• Provide clear guidance to test takers about the exam process.
• Support examinees with accessibility needs as required.
• Uphold highest standards of integrity and supervision of tests.
• Communicate test results in a timely and accurate manner.
