Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in mechanical, automotive, electrical, or related engineering.
• Strong interest in engines, powertrains, or motorsports engineering.
• Hands-on aptitude with hardware and labs (projects, clubs, or personal work).
• Familiarity with dyno testing, data acquisition, or MATLAB through coursework or projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and technicians in executing test plans and procedures.
• Support installation and removal of engines, gearboxes, and components in test cells.
• Help prepare test cells, tooling, and instrumentation for scheduled tests.
• Observe and assist with operation of engine and powertrain dyno systems under supervision.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of test setups and report issues to senior staff.
• Collect, organize, and document test data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of test cell areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards during testing activities.
• Communicate progress and issues clearly with the test team.
• Other duties as assigned
