Job summary

We are seeking safe and focused drivers to help test self-driving cars in Miami. You will sit in the car, monitor how it drives, and step in to keep things safe when needed.

No car building or repair is required; you will drive safely, watch the road, and report observations to the engineering team. This is a full-time position with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or major incidents in the last 5 years.
• Strong driving skills and attention to detail; IT troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Able to type at least 45 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Drive or ride in a self-driving vehicle during testing.
• Stay alert at all times and monitor vehicle behavior.
• Observe performance and write reports on observations.
• Communicate findings with engineers and team members.
• Check the vehicle before each trip to ensure safety.

What This Job Is About

• Talk to engineers and team members about what you see.
• Check the car before each trip to make sure it’s safe.

You Should Have:

• A valid U.S. driver’s license (for at least the past 3 years).
• A clean driving record (no DUIs or drug/alcohol issues in the last 5 years).
• Great driving skills and strong attention to detail. Need IT troubleshooting exp.
• Must be able to type 45 words per minute

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience with self-driving cars , driving schools , racing , or vehicle testing.
• Training in safe or defensive driving.
• Knowledge of car tech and how vehicle systems work.
