Job summary

WME Express in Atlanta is seeking a Safety Driver for self-driving cars to help test autonomous vehicles. You’ll sit in the car, monitor how it drives, and step in if needed to keep everyone safe. You should have a valid U.S.

driver’s license, a clean driving record, excellent driving skills and strong attention to detail. IT troubleshooting experience and the ability to type 35 words per minute are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or drug/alcohol issues in the last 5 years.
• Great driving skills and strong attention to detail; IT troubleshooting experience.
• Must be able to type 35 words per minute.

Pay: $25.00 per hour CALL 269-408-6738 7am to 7pm daily Must type 35wpm
Hours: Full-time
Hiring for night shift only at the moment 3:45 PM to 12:15 AM
DAYS Tuesday through Saturday
Wednesday through Sunday
Thursday through Monday
Sunday through Thursday

What This Job Is About

We’re looking for safe and focused drivers to help test self-driving cars!
You’ll sit in the car, monitor how it drives, and step in if needed to keep things safe.

You do not need to build or fix the car — just drive safely, watch the road, and report what you see.

What You’ll Do

• Drive or ride in a self-driving vehicle during testing.

• Stay alert at all times.

• Watch how the car performs and write reports about it.

• Talk to engineers and team members about what you see.

• Check the car before each trip to make sure it’s safe.

You Should Have:

• A valid U.S. driver's license (for at least the past 3 years).

Nice to Have (Not Required):
