Publicis Sapient is looking for Automation Expert responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of automated solution to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Responsibilities

Your Impact:

• Develop and maintain custom scripts to automate various processes across the organization
• Work with Client and teams to understand their process workflows and identify opportunities for automation
• Design, implement, and test new automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
• Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, keeping them up-to-date with changes in technology and business processes
• Monitor automated processes to ensure they are running smoothly and take corrective action when necessary
• Generate reports on the performance of automated processes and make recommendations for improvements
• Keep abreast of new developments in automation technology and suggest ways to incorporate them into the organization’s systems
• Assist in the development of training materials and provide support to users of automated systems
• Write technical documentation for automation solutions
• Provide input to the development of IT policies and procedures related to automation
• Liaise with vendors of automation software and hardware to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process automation

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years’ experience in software development, with a focus on automation
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C++, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of software development tools and platforms
• Significant experience with CI/CD
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• experience using Generative AI
• Any Full Time Graduation
• 6 to 9 years of experience
