Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience coding in C/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python or equivalent.
• Experience building test frameworks, automation, performance and reliability tools.

Responsibilities

• Scope, define test scenarios and drive automation test frameworks for next-gen Teams devices.
• Build automation test frameworks and tools to verify hardware compatibility (functional and protocol level).
• Develop performance and reliability tools for device testing.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ship high‑quality Teams devices.
• Raise the quality certification bar for audio/video peripherals among partners and teams.
• Create test tools for audio/video standards and refine test protocols for certification programs.
• Collaborate with internal or third‑party testing centers to scale quality know‑how.
