Job description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company building advanced military systems powered by Lattice OS. As a Test Automation Engineer in Manufacturing Test, you will develop and maintain test automation software to ensure quality across land, sea, and air platforms, working with Windows and Linux environments, cloud data systems, and Python automation scripts.

What You'll Do

• Develop applications for Windows and Linux desktop environments
• Integrate cloud data and deployment features while maintaining user authentication and security
• Generate automation scripts in Python for debug and prototype development
• Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next steps
• Partner with end-users to translate needs into features while balancing user experience with engineering constraints

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Experience developing applications for Windows and Linux desktop environments
• Proficiency in Python for automation scripting

Nice to Have

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience integrating or developing low-level code and device libraries or drivers
• Experience working in CI/CD and designing DevOps automation for app deployment and testing
• Experience with test automation or cloud deployment tools
• Expertise in desktop application development with WPF and C#
• Experience in embedded systems
• Understanding of device communication protocols: USB, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, RS485, Ethernet
• Hands-on knowledge of major relational databases (DB2, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL
• Proficiency in RESTful services in AWS/Azure infrastructure
• Expertise in version control using Git
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial software
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Pursuing a Master's of Computer Science or related field
