Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation strategies using tools like Selenium and Cypress
• Implement risk-based testing frameworks that ensure platform reliability and resilience
• Guide automation standards and mentor technical teams on best practices
• Troubleshoot complex validation issues and drive continuous quality improvements
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to embed quality into every step of the SDLC

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 6+ years of experience in programming and systems analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent automation frameworks
• In-depth understanding of the software development life cycle and system architecture
• Ability to develop complex test strategies with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating tech into action
• Experience working in healthcare

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience working in regulated environments, or AI-powered platforms
• Familiarity with EHR data structures or clinical support systems
• Background in project leadership or agile test engineering

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certifications in test automation or QA (preferred but not required)
