Job summary

Matlen Silver is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, automate tests and deployments, and support hybrid deployment models on OpenShift, Kubernetes, and VM-based platforms.

You will collaborate with Platform, Security and Engineering teams to deliver automated, secure pipelines and ensure high availability across environments. Strong Python/SQL skills and experience with Jenkins, Ansible, and test frameworks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, XLR, Datical.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Cucumber and Playwright.
• Deployment automation experience with Ansible and related tooling.
• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes and VM-based platforms (RHEL / Windows).
• Proficient in Python and SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing deployment patterns that support high availability and resiliency.

Job description

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines

Designing structured prompts, few-shot examples, and iterative refinements.
