Job summary

Infosys is hiring a Technology Consultant 2 to advance automated testing across Salesforce platforms and AI-enabled quality engineering. You will contribute to requirements, design discussions, code changes, and test strategy development while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, UAT support, and continuous improvement within Agile/DevOps environments, with opportunities for growth in a global services unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and related Salesforce platforms.
• Proven ability to develop test strategies, plans, governance and release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners and offshore teams.
• Experience in UAT support, defect triage and user training activities.
• Hands-on in AI-enabled quality engineering and test optimization.

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Experience in functional testing, system testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in test strategy development, test planning, quality governance, and release readiness management.
• Experience in client stakeholder management and coordination with business and IT teams.
• Experience in collaboration with developers, architects, product owners, and offshore testing teams.
• Experience in UAT support, defect triage, and user training activities.
• Experience in test automation using AccelQ, Provar, Tricentis Tosca, or Playwright.
• Experience in integration testing and API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Experience in Data Migration Testing and Mobile Application Testing.
• Experience in AI-enabled quality engineering, AI-assisted test case generation, automation acceleration, impact analysis, and test optimization.
• Experience in quality metrics reporting, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, and continuous testing environments.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and client relationship management.
• Experience in presentation, facilitation, and solutioning activities.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
