Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer to join our team for the 2nd shift at our Andover, MA facility. As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies to ensure the highest quality of our products. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Develop, implement, and maintain in-circuit test programs for complex circuit card assemblies
Conduct component-level troubleshooting of Circuit Card Assemblies
Conduct troubleshooting of test equipment and fixtures as needed
Analyze test data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to resolve issues and improve test processes.
Support new product introductions by developing test plans and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Provide technical support and training to test operators and technicians.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, asonly U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree
Experience with Takaya Flying Probe Systems
Proficiency in test program development and debugging.
Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuit theory.
Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Experience with Agilent 3070 or Teradyne ICT systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
